Beauty: Erbose Review + Giveaway!

Honesty alert: I’ve struggled with eczema all my life. My skin is incredibly sensitive and I get very nervous when trying new products. If I am interested in switching up my skincare routine, I have to do extensive research on products and thoroughly go over the ingredients list.  At certain points during the year (especially in Winter), the products that I routinely use seem to either 1. stop working or 2. make things worse. I’d then have to rely on the good ol hydrocortisone (sarcasm) to get me through a flare up.

I came across Erbose and read up on their story. They believe that clean beauty is the goal with a commitment to maintaining self-care through holistic skincare rituals all the while ensuring that their products are environmentally and ethically sound. All products are handmade in San Francisco. I immediately knew I had to try it.

I ordered the Restore Skin Saving Salve for the moments when spots of my skin are just too dry (my husband has the same issue). I also like putting the salve on my ankles since the current clog trend has been drying them out. It smells so clean and natural with minimal ingredients. Since using the salve, my skin doesn’t have the rough patches like it typically does during the winter.

I also purchased the Cleansing Exfoliating Grains. It went on quite easily and I felt that I would be paying at least 5x more for a beauty product with half of the quality and care that Erbose puts in. After washing off the grains, my skin felt so soft and smooth. I’ve been using the  exfoliating grains frequently and I am happy to report that I have no flare ups and no break outs! I definitely lounge around the house with the grains on my face to further the relaxation vibes. A little goes such a long way too. I would love to host a spa day with my friends and use the exfoliating grains to do facials.

Erbose also threw in the Grapefruit lip balm as an added bonus. It goes on so smoothly and doesn’t feel heavy on my lips.  I keep it with me wherever go.

I love the products I’ve purchased and I’m so happy to add it to my collection. I would like to put focus on clean beauty as I’ve been trying to do with my clothing choices. Erbose is a great start in the clean beauty journey. We hope this is a brand that you can support as well.
